  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoes or accessories are unworn and in pristine condition.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or PAZZION retail boutique.

• 4.
  Verification and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
